Drake released this as promo for Family Matters and while it can be seen as diss track most people don't consider it one since a lot of people don't even know it exists due to Kendrick Lamar responding to Family Matters with Meet The Grahams only 52 minutes later and some people don't consider it to be a diss track since it's technically an interlude.

This song is parodying Kendrick's Buried Alive Interlude he did on Take Care, their first collaboration.

I was unable to find the exact time this released but I believe this and Family Matters were dropped at around the same time.
