GHF: Hamas Offers Bounties on U.S. and Local Aid Workers, 12 Staff Already Killed

The Gaza Humanitarian Fund says that Hamas is offering cash bounties for injuring or killing US and local workers, they also state that Hamas stations "armed operatives" near their humanitarian zones to disrupt their distribution of aid.
