Hamas Responds To US Ceasefire Proposal

Hamas agrees to release 10 Israeli hostages and 18 dead ones in exchange for Palestinian prisoners only if the proposal includes a permanent truce, a complete withdrawal, and continual humanitarian aid. A special envoy for the US, Steve Witkoff, calls Hamas's response "totally unacceptable." Israel says they accept the deal made by the US and that it's Hamas's fault that the deal isn't going through.
