US Envoy Steve Witkoff Vists Gaza To Inspect Aid Distribution Sites

The U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, tweeted about the visit: "This morning I joined @SEPeaceMissions Steve Witkoff for a visit to Gaza to learn the truth about @GHFUpdates aid sites. We received briefings from @IDF and spoke to folks on the ground. GHF delivers more than one million meals a day, an incredible feat!"

NBC News interviewed Ellie Burgos, an American critical care nurse volunteering at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, who said this visit was a "PR stunt" and felt that his tour did "little to change the situation on the ground".^[1]
